Originally from Barcelona, Neus Tarrés holds a diploma and a postgraduate degree in Hotel Management, which enabled her to build a solid career in destinations such as the Caribbean and Spain.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, she has developed expertise in areas such as investment fund management, asset transformation, branding, marketing, distribution, applied technology, and strategic leadership. Known for her innovative approach, Neus combines her entrepreneurial vision with a strong commitment to delivering sustainable value in the tourism industry.

Throughout her career, she has held key roles in renowned hotel chains such as Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, where she worked for 7 years, and Sandos Hotels & Resorts, where she contributed for 15 years. Additionally, she has led projects as an Asset Manager for investment funds and recently served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at the hotel management company Acerca Hospitality.

In terms of education, she has complemented her hotel management studies with interior design program at DSIGNO, a senior executive program at IESE Business School, and specialized courses in sustainability and disruptive strategy at Harvard University.

Founder and CEO of Gomila Group Investment (GGI):
Under his leadership, GGI has diversified its investments across sectors such as tourism, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, information and communication technologies (ICT), and consulting. Notable companies in its portfolio include Reway Tech, Pizziosa, Ecostar Directa Foods, Mindhead, and GN GRUP.

Founder and CEO of Mindhead:
A strategic consulting firm specializing in business acceleration, strategy development, organizational transformation, and financing, he has guided the company to significant achievements. Mindhead has been recognized with awards such as the 2023 National Business Strategic Consulting Award and the 2024 European Strategic Planning Services Award.

Founder and CEO of Estel Ingeniería y Obras S.A.:
For 20 years, until the sale of the company, he led the international expansion of Estel Ingeniería y Obras, establishing it as one of the leading multinational engineering firms of Spanish origin. Under his direction, the company executed over 700 hospitality projects worldwide in countries such as Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Panama, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, and Oman.

Degree in Economics from the University of the Balearic Islands, he began his professional career as a Navision Financial Consultant at what was then the largest Microsoft Business Solutions partner in Spain. In this role, he provided support to numerous clients across various sectors, specializing in consulting, implementation, training, and pre-sales for the ERP system. A key milestone during this period was obtaining the official certification from the manufacturer as a financial area consultant.

Following this experience, he became Deputy to the Chief Financial Officer at a major engineering and installation company. After a brief period, he assumed full responsibility as the group's CFO. This company had a strong international presence, managing a multicultural administrative team with significant operations in LATAM and the Caribbean. Notable achievements included the substantial growth and consolidation of the group’s revenue and improved profit margins.

Subsequently, he served as CFO/COO at a leading IT services company, also a Microsoft partner with an international footprint. Following this stage, he has since been leading the financial area of the strategic consulting firm MINDHEAD, specializing in the acceleration and growth of SMEs.

Committed to continuous learning, he has completed an Advanced Management Program at IE, a Financial Management Expert program at ESADE, a course in Financial Management of International Operations at CECO, and more recently, the innovative proposal from ThePowerMBA.
